 There are no deliveries on Public Holidays.

 

o Orders are automatically confirmed subject to two conditions:

1) Order and payment is made via PayNow to UEN T14LL1063F or to DBS Current 017-904150-3 by 6pm the evening before your chosen delivery date. Please drop us a text after you have made payment. No need for screenshots(save your MMS charges!).

 

2) We provide you with an SMS acknowledgement of your order at your chosen slot. Payment made does not guarantee you your chosen slot. Hence we advise you to make payment only after our SMS acknowledgement. If you still choose to make payment before our SMS, and the slot available is not to your liking and decide to cancel, there will be no refund of your payment made. Your payment will be converted to store credits which you can use for future purchases. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. Should you require alternative arrangements, let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to accomodate your request.

 

o Please indicate building name if available. Expect delays during inclement weather as well as festive periods. We strive to deliver your order on time, all the time. However, please understand that unintentional last-minute delays may occur due to current traffic conditions or an issue with an order prior to yours. Should that happen and you need to leave, we are more than willing to make alternative, reasonable and amicable arrangements for you.

 

o For non-residential addresses, delivery is at the lobby/drop-off point/kerb side, depending on which is most convenient for our driver and least obstructive for other road users. A re-delivery charge of $15 is applicable if delivery fails through no fault of ours, subject to available slots.

 

o For residential addresses, should there be no one to receive your order and attempts to contact you are not successful, your order will be left at your door. If you require us to re-deliver your order through no fault of ours, a re-delivery charge of $12 is applicable, subject to available slots.
